Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara organized SVEEP activity in the school by organizing the Power Point Presentation Competition on 13.12.17. The project was of the Punjab Government carried forward by SDM Office, Phagwara under the supervision of Mr. Rohit Bansal, Nodal Officer cum Fishery Officer, Phagwara. The objective of the SVEEP project was to make the students aware of the voting rights. Students of Grade IX presented the Power Point Presentation and made everyone aware about the voting rights and the need of casting their votes intelligently. Mr. Rohit Bansal, the Chief Guest was very much impressed by the presentation given by the participants. Ms. P.K.Dhillon, Principal congratulated the winners and acknowledged the efforts of the Punjab Government and the SDM cum Electoral Registration Office, Phagwara for their efforts in making the youth aware about the right to vote.
