Ms. Paramjeet Kaur Dhillon, Head Teacher, Ms. Sharda, Facilitator, Miss. Abza and Master Akash from Grade VII visited Microsoft Headquarters, USA. 27th November 2017, was a golden lettered day for Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara. Team “Green Gallery” was the International Winner of Global Enterprise Challenge 2017, out of 3000 students from 15 countries in 12 to15yrs category. Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara received Trophy from Mr. Anthony Salcito, the Vice President of Worldwide Education at Microsoft Headquarters Seattle. Miss. Abza and Master Akash from Grade VII gave presentation and shared their experience of Global Enterprise Challenge journey which started in August 2016. Mr. Anthony Salcito, the Vice President of Worldwide Education at Microsoft motivated students to code, shared coding skills and STEM projects with Miss. Abza and Master Akash. Ms. Paramjeet Kaur Dhillon, Head Teacher, Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara the Microsoft Showcase School expressed her views and said that it is a matter of pride and honour to represent Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara and my beloved country India at the Microsoft Headquarters, USA.
