Inter School Vlogging Competition
Kamla Nehru Public School hosted the first-ever Jalandhar Inter School Vlogging Competition on August 12, 2024. 64 students from 32 Jalandhar Sahodaya Schools participated. Students prepared and presented their vlogs on the topic *”No Bribes, No Lies, Just a Fairer Rise,”* promoting values of integrity and fairness among students.
Vlogging competition organised by KNPS is part of the RiseUp4Peace Education Initiative.
The event was judged by distinguished experts in the field of digital media and technology, including Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Senior Executive, Digital Media Division, GNA University, and Mr. Nitin Kumar, Assistant Professor and Deputy Dean, CSE, Lovely Professional University.
Cambridge International School, Phagwara, secured first place, while DIPS Tanda and Doaba Public Senior Secondary School, Parowal, shared the second place. Doaba Public School, Dohlron, took third place. Additionally, consolation prizes were awarded to La Blossoms School, South City, and Shri Hanumant International Public School, Goraya, for their notable performances.
Ms. P.K. Dhillon, Principal (Administration and Innovation), and Dr. Charu Chhabra, Principal (Academics), congratulated the winners and commended all participants for their creativity and hard work.
Ms. P.K. Dhillon, invited all students and schools to participate in RiseUp4Peace Education initiative on SDG16, led by UNODC South Asia & Kamla Nehru Public School, involves 31,606 students, 662 educators, 241 institutions, 44 NGOs across 38 countries.
