A meeting was conducted on 18th Sept. 2017 at Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara for the drivers and conductors regarding the safety and security of the students. The Principal Ms.P.K.Dhillon advised the outsourced Transporter that they need to take all necessary steps required for the safety of the students boarding their buses. As per the orders by CBSE, all the drivers and conductors need to get their Police Verification and Psychometric Evaluation done at the earliest and submit the detailed report in the school. All the school buses should have a conductor in the bus. She also requested the transporter to submit the dope test report of the drivers and conductors. Dr. Charu Chhabra , Vice Principal (Activities) and Mr. Prem , Transport Supervisor attended the meeting. The Principal Ms.P.K.Dhillon said that we all need to work together to ensure the safety and security of the students inside the school and also at the time of traveling in the school bus.
