Kamla Nehru Public School is pleased to announce that 112 students of grade 9 are taking part in an International Project “THE INNOVATION PROJECT”. The School Principal Ms.P.K.Dhillon is the only Global Ambassador from India for “THE INNOVATION PROJECT”. This project is organized by KOEN TIMMERS, MIEExpert spanning across 6 continents from 488 schools across 85 countries will focus on sustainability. It’s a 4-week project, which started on 16th April, 2018 and would be over on 16th May, 2018. During 4 weeks students would be exploring, brainstorming, creating, discussing, connecting, presenting and share findings. Students would be designing an innovative prototype which would focus on UNO Sustainable Development Goals. Students will focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals and will discover how innovation can solve some local or global issues. During 3rd Week of the project, students will create tutorials about their favorite tools which would be shared during the skype session with Global peers around the world. The school Principal Ms. P.K.Dhillon stated that participation in “The Innovation Project” and collaborating with 488 schools across 85 countries to solve global issues is indeed a wonderful opportunity for KNPS students, to get a feel of the global world.
